Ping Proof Labs is a decentralized uptime monitoring service that allows companies to track their API availability using a distributed network of global validators. It offers real-time visibility into uptime, latency, and availability through trustless, validator-driven reporting.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Ping Proof Labs platform. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
3. Account Registration
Companies may create accounts using a valid email. Validators can participate by connecting a compatible crypto wallet (e.g., Phantom). Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and wallets.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not submit malicious endpoints, attempt to manipulate the validation process, interfere with other users or validators, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws.
5. Payments and Validator Rewards
Companies may be required to subscribe to a paid plan to monitor endpoints. Validators receive token-based rewards for successful validations, subject to network fees and verification rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All Ping Proof Labs logos, designs, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Ping Proof Labs. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ping Proof Labs is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for service interruptions, missed validator rewards, or any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws. Users may discontinue use at any time.
